NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Many of our products are available on a guaranteed next-day (before 1pm) delivery service for an extra charge. If you need something delivered urgently, please call us and we'll do what we can to help.
Delivery is free on all UK mainland orders over £75. For orders under £75 the delivery charge is £5.95.
This excludes liquids and long lenght items.

Due to increased costs from carriers, we subsidise delivery charges to the following areas, but there may be additional amounts to pay (these are shown under the delivery information tab on the product pages and at the checkout): Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands & Islands, Europe, Rest of the World.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We love to deliver things as quickly as possible, and most items are sent out on a 48hr courier service and are delivered within two working days. Some are dispatched by Royal Mail and can take between 3 and 5 days. If an order is placed before 12pm it is usually dispatched the same day. Some bulkier items (especially those delivered on pallets) may take longer to arrive and the carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. All orders received after 12pm on Friday or at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please take into account orders placed at busy holiday times can take a day or two longer and this is out of our control.

Some items are delivered straight from the source or manufacturer and may take an additional couple of days to arrive.
Some items may be too large to be shipped with a standard carrier, In this instance it will be delivered on a pallet and it may inccurr and extra delivery charge.
Our customer service team will contact you on your dispatch date should this be the case.
DO I NEED TO BE IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Due to the value of many items on the site, if the delivery is made by courier someone will need to be in to sign for the item. If you aren't in and delivery is attempted the courier will leave a card with instructions regarding how to rearrange delivery or directions to the nearest depot where you can collect your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE?
We take great care in packaging your items, but in the unlikely event that the order is damaged or is incomplete please contact us straight away (within 24 hours) and we'll do everything we can to put it right.
ROYAL MAIL LOST ITEMS INFO
Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class and Royal Mail Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due date (7 working days Royal Mail Tracked items and 5 working days for Special Delivery Guaranteed).
We sell over 250 Flex branded products and some of these items are shipped directly from their warehouse in Germany, This is usually delivered in 3-7 business days but due to the overseas trip it can sometimes take up to 7-10.
Please call our sales team to confirm how long the delivery will be before your order if you are in need of this urgently.
We welcome our international customers and in many instances we can deliver abroad to Europe & the rest of the world. International delivery charges are based on weight. Please simply contact us for a quote, stating the items you wish to buy and we'll be happy to help!
Unfortunately we are unable to ship liquid products overseas due to shipping & customs regulations.
